Clear answers, written for humans.
Are these physical products?
No. Every NEXTAP product is a digital download — a PDF file. Nothing is shipped, ever. Tattoo packs are design references; crochet products are patterns, not finished items.
How do downloads work?
Instantly. After checkout, Gumroad gives you a download link on screen and by email, and the files stay in your Gumroad library for re-download anytime.
Can I take a tattoo design to my tattoo artist?
Yes — that is exactly what the packs are for. They are print-ready references to show your artist. Tattoos should only be applied by a licensed professional; never tattoo yourself.
What skill level are the crochet patterns?
Confident beginner and up. Patterns are written in plain English with US terms, with materials, hook size, gauge, and step-by-step instructions.
Can I use the files commercially?
Finished items you crochet may be sold. The PDF files themselves may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. See the License page for the full terms.
What exactly is inside a tattoo pack?
A print-ready PDF with the full set of designs — 10 designs per pack, 12 for birth flower and zodiac. Starter Trio holds 30 designs; the Everything Girly bundle holds 60+.
How does the custom name tattoo service work?
Order the custom listing, then reply to our email with the name or word, your preferred style, and placement. We deliver 10 personalized concepts within 48 hours, including one round of small tweaks. Digital delivery only.
What is your refund policy?
Digital downloads are covered by Gumroad’s 30-day money-back guarantee. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How do I contact NEXTAP?
See the Contact page — message us anytime. For order help, include your checkout email and order number. Never send payment-card details by message.
How do I print the tattoo designs?
Open the PDF and print at 100% scale (no “fit to page”) so the sizing stays true. Bring the printout — or show the file on your phone — to your tattoo artist as a reference.
Do the crochet patterns include video tutorials?
No — the patterns are written step-by-step instructions with materials, hook size, gauge, and stitch explanations in plain English (US terms). They are made for confident beginners and up.
Can I buy a NEXTAP product as a gift?
Yes. Check out with the recipient’s email address so the files land in their Gumroad library, or contact us after purchase and we’ll help sort it out.
What if my download link doesn’t work?
Your files live in your Gumroad library forever — log in at gumroad.com and re-download anytime. If a file itself is broken, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
